Board Remuneration

A Shareholders’ Meeting held on April 3, 2019 endorsed the remunerations structure for directors.

The Board Members are compensated under a mixed scheme that includes both fixed and variable components. Board Members who sit on the Directors Committee receive a fixed monthly committee fee of 50 UTM (unidades tributarias mensuales, an inflation-indexed unit of account), over and above their monthly retainer, plus one-third of the amount of their respective variable compensation. In 2019, the Board Members were paid a total of Ch$2,616,639,725, of which 58% corresponded to allowances and fees and the remainder to profit sharing (average of the last three years).
