Bci Follow-On Announcement of Dealer Managers

BCI is pleased to announce that BofA Securites, LarrainVial, JP Morgan and Bci Corredor de Bolsa shall act as Dealer Managers in connection with Banco de Crédito e Inversiones.

Solicitation to common stockholders of rights to subscribe for newly issued shares of common stock pursuant to existing preemptive rights and Private placement of newly issued shares of common stock pursuant to a remate to investors.

The rights offering and private placement will be conducted in the United States pursuant to Rule 801 under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “Securities Act”) and outside the United States in accordance with Regulation S under the Securities Act.
