Dividends are paid after approval at the Shareholders’ Annual General Meeting:

• Bci accounts and LBTR transfers (Real-Time Gross Settlement/electronic transfers to other banks): on the same day as approval.

• Other banks: the following day.

• Virtual Vale Vista: available at any branch for 90 days. After this period, the dividends must be requested through DCV Registros.

Bci is governed by Law 18.046, which mandates the distribution of at least 30% of the prior year’s net income. The final dividend is proposed by the Board of Directors and approved annually at the Shareholders’ Meeting. For further details, please visit the Historical Dividends section.
