Andrés Atala has been the Head of IR since April 2016.

He has over 24 years of professional experience at Bci, where he has held various roles, including Risk Analyst, Business Executive for Medium and Large Companies, Money Desk Operator, Strategic Planning and Deputy Distribution Manager of Currency and Derivatives Financial Institutions.

Mr. Atala is a Civil Industrial Engineer graduated from the Diego Portales University, he has an MBA from the Adolfo Ibáñez University Business School and has completed studies at INSEAD (France) and the Stanford Executive Program (SEP) at Stanford University.

With over 15 years in the banking industry, Cristian Saffie has built a diverse career across asset management, marketing, and community relations. For the past decade, he has specialized in Investor Relations, playing key roles in capital increases, non-deal roadshows, and debt issuances.

Cristian holds a Bachelor’s in Business and a Master’s in Marketing from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, an MBA from ESE Business School, and a Master’s in International Business from Florida International University.

He is currently based in Miami, USA, continuing his work in investor relations.

Industrial Civil Engineer. She began his career at Bci in 2004, where she worked in the Financial Planning and Control Division, holding positions such as Financial Management Analyst for the Board of Directors and Planning Analyst.

Since 2016, Claudia joined the Investor Relations Department, preparing and organizing corporate affairs, reporting cycles, investor materials, and more.

Master's degree in finance and Bachelor of Business and Administration from Adolfo Ibáñez University. Maximiliano has experience in finance and sales in the banking and retail sectors, as well as work and exchange programs in the U.S.

He completed his internship with the team while pursuing his postgraduate studies, before formally joining in 2024.
